• Limit $100 per end-user transaction.
• Maximum $600 total per DSR for 2022
• Submissions for 2022 must be submitted before March 31, 2023 to qualify.
• If supplies run out of the double-sided Clean & Shine Pad, the single-sided Clean & Shine will be substituted.
